Welcome to Sustainably Fit! As a full-time mom, wife, and passionate fitness and nutrition coach, I am thrilled to embark on this journey with you.
At Sustainably Fit, I wholeheartedly believe in approaching wellness holistically. My mission is to collaborate with clients, assessing their current nutrition and fitness status while understanding their aspirations, to guide them towards their goals. I am committed to addressing their present challenges, fostering a sturdy foundation for both nutrition and fitness, and subsequently building upon it.
Reforming relationships with food is at the core of what I do. I strive to cultivate a judgment-free environment, offering unwavering support throughout each client's transformative journey. As a busy mom myself, I comprehend the struggles of time management and emphasize the importance of prioritizing wellness amidst life's demands.

My personal journey, including a 95lb postpartum transformation, fuels my dedication to helping others overcome self-doubt and embrace their potential. I empower clients to cultivate sustainable habits, ensuring they continue thriving beyond our sessions.
With extensive experience in assisting clients with injuries, hypothyroidism, gluten intolerance, celiac disease, lactose intolerance, and more, I provide tailored nutrition guidance to suit individual needs. Having navigated my own postpartum fitness journey, I bring firsthand understanding and empathy to every client interaction.

“I have been following Jess on her personal fitness journey for several years. I have admired how much dedication, passion, determination, and focus she has had. When I saw she was offering 1:1 coaching, I immediately reached out to her. I knew she was exactly what I needed. “I've been working with Jess for the past couple of months, and in such a short time she has already helped me accomplish so many things! After only two sessions, she helped me find the confidence to stop walking away from the busy free weights section and to start falling back in love with working out. Meet Alicia!
Alicia started working with Jessica via online coaching a few months before her wedding because her wedding dress did not fit. Alicia struggles with both lactose and gluten sensitivity, and found it hard to hit her nutrition goals. Additionally, Alicia struggled with a very particular knee injury which made it nearly impossible to do certain movements. Jessica worked diligently with Alicia on her nutrition, and provided her with alternative exercises that wouldn't irritate her previous injury. Alicia was able to workout regularly and pain free! She was also relieved of most of her bloating within a few weeks! Fast forward three months and her wedding dress was able to fit perfectly!
"I 100000% did not fit into this dress in May and I was determined to not have to get it altered, so I texted Jess. and holy S***. She taught me so much more than I ever expected! She pushed me out of my comfort zone at the gym and moved to weights. My body completely transformed within the matter of weeks! Meet Christine!
Christine started working with Jessica after hitting a plateau due to being in a caloric deficit for a long time. Jessica assisted Christine with a reverse diet over the course of 12 weeks, and educated her on why we are unable to stay in a caloric deficit forever. Christine responded exceptionally well to the reverse diet, and was able to eat more food while decreasing body fat! Not only did Christine see aesthetic results from the adding the additional calories to her daily intake, but she was able to lift heavier weights and hit more personal bests during her workouts! She also had more energy throughout the day!
